Customer Notice:

We are excited to announce that our BLOCH EU warehouse will be relocating to a new location; this move is part of our ongoing commitment to improving our service and providing a better overall experience for our customers.

To minimise any disruption, we have temporarily removed all delayed products from our website, meaning that our online range will be a bit smaller than usual for a few weeks. Unfortunately, this may impact current orders and lead to cancellations, any customers impacted will be contacted directly by our customer service team.

All orders made after midnight on 28th March will be shipped out after 10th April. Orders placed during this time may take up to 14 days to arrive.

Free EU Standard Delivery on orders over 100 €

A signature will be required upon receipt of your order. If there is no-one available to accept the package a calling card will be left behind for you so you can re-arrange delivery.

We are currently unable to deliver to a PO Box addresses. We are also currently unable to deliver on weekends.

Domestic: Poland

Zone 1&2 ESU: France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium

Zone 3&4 ESU: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Latvia, Sweden, Czech Republic

Zone 3&4 ECX: Greece

In addition to the above destinations we do also offer a Rest of World service from our Bloch UK website.

Ukraine: Customers in the Ukraine are able to use our Rest of World service for direct delivery of Bloch products into the Ukraine from our Bloch UK website. If you have any queries regarding this service please contact our team at: uk@blochworld.com or eu@blochworld.com who will be able to assist you. 

We are unable to ship to customers based in United Kingdom, Australia and North America from our EU website. If you require BLOCH products in these areas, please visit the appropriate site below:

Customs and Duty

For countries outside the EU, sales tax, customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more details you may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.

Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.

Delivery

If you request your order to be left in a safe place or delivered without a signature, the order will be left at your own discretion as instructed by you, and the Company BLOCH EU cannot be held responsible for any lost, misplaced or damaged packages as a result.
