Free EU Standard Delivery on orders over 100 €
A signature will be required upon receipt of your order. If there is no-one available to accept the package a calling card will be left behind for you so you can re-arrange delivery.
We are currently unable to deliver to a PO Box addresses. We are also currently unable to deliver on weekends.

Ukraine: Customers in the Ukraine are able to use our Rest of World service for direct delivery of Bloch products into the Ukraine from our Bloch UK website. Customs and Duty
For countries outside the EU, sales tax, customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more details you may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.

If you request your order to be left in a safe place or delivered without a signature, the order will be left at your own discretion as instructed by you, and the Company BLOCH EU cannot be held responsible for any lost, misplaced or damaged packages as a result.
